Do you have an Android phone? It looks like despite many attempts to track down the culprit, certain Ring doorbells are still experiencing distortion with their two-way audio stream, when trying to communicate with the person at the door. I just installed Ring 2 and I have Audio from the doorbell to iPhone 7 Plus but no Audio back to the doorbell. This has resulted in longer than normal wait times. never mind previous thread Chelsea.

The Ring Doorbell is the latest smart doorbell that contains a high-definition camera, a motion sensor, and a microphone and speaker for two-way audio communication. Have you? When I attempt to speak to anyone at my door I have no audio coming through my end on the phone. I have 3 devices. No Audio From Your Mobile Device to Doorbell.
