Which is bull because it wasn't my fault I can't use them. !I spoke to customer service and spoke to a man named Roy who was extremely rude and unapologetic of the behavior of TicketWeb and unwilling to compensate me for missing out on the concert due to false information and ticket cancellation from TicketWeb!! I had 3 VIP tickets for a show that was canceled due to corona virus. Contacted customer services for a refund, resolved by Tom C within 24 hrs. TicketWeb are now stipulating that they won't re-ship the tickets to the correct address (which they've had all along, as I entered it during purchase). They refuse to refund my money and furthermore, refused to give me contact information to reach a supervisor. TicketWeb is unethical They are making money out of no-shows and reselling tickets when they know well in advance the customer can not make the show. Roy told me it was my fault and refused to admit that the Ticketweb site was faulty. Both reps emailed back quickly and said they are not offering refunds, but when I reply pointing out that they were offering refunds in the previous reschedule email and that they should honor it, neither emailed me back. Super helpful staff (Tom C) who went above and beyond to refund a ticket for me when the event released new dates and better locations. The representative assured me that my 4 tickets would be available for me at the venue as 'will call'. Got an answer within 24 hours saying they had already issued my refund and that it should appear on my card within 5 days. I rang up the venue and they said the event was still happening and so I called up TicketWeb and got confirmation that the event was cancelled 5 times. They informed me the actual event was cancelled – this was lies and false. Tried to get a refund and got no help from Ticket Web who pointed fingers at promoter who vanished. Assuming I even get a refund at this point. Again I was not only informed by Ticket Web customer service that the tickets did not mail out yet BUT they were being sent the beginning of the following week. It turns out the event went ahead and I missed out on the event because of TicketWeb’s fraudulent tickets which were not real in the first place! The venue was literally kicking out random people from the event to make up for their mistake (you can see it on their Yelp page). I probably will never see my refund I'm owed. This entire fiasco was exasperated by the extremely unprofessional handling of this issue by the Warsaw itself. The venue's practices are completely unethical. I bought 2 tickets in December 2019 for a show in April 2020 that was moved to October 2020 that was eventually canceled because of Covid-19 .. on July 16th .. ever since I’ve gotten the email run around about I was refunded but it could take up to 60 business days to process ... still no refund as of today but an email saying check with your bank ?!! I can no longer attend the event, so follow their links for official ticket re-selling... which link to TicketMaster UK... who don't allow re-selling of TicketWeb tickets.
